Notification of hours of treatment

Early Childhood Education and Care uses the eAccessibility website to report childcare hours. Booking childcare hours helps the carer to monitor the number of hours booked and the actual hours used. The nursery staff can see the hours booked by carers in their own system and therefore know when each child is present. These hours must be entered on the eAccessibility website by 12.00 on the Wednesday of the previous week.

Notification of change

The change of early childhood education needs form is delivered to the Early Childhood Education and Care Office in paper form either via the internal mail of the day care centre or the Sortteer service point or by bringing it to the Early Childhood Education and Care Office. We do not receive by email any information that is personally identifiable (EU Data Protection Regulation, GDPR 25 May 2018). Notification of a change in early childhood education and care needs is always made in writing when a child has a valid placement in early childhood education and care
